I recently got a copy of an old perl version of wwwthreads and set up a just for fun forum. So far I really like it and am seriously considering getting a copy of UBBthreads.
Since i have set up this forum i have been playing and experimenting with it alot. Anyways i was wondering what the security vulnerabilities for version 5.5+ (wwthreads perl) were and if they had been fixed for the latest version done in php? I remember a forum i used to participate on that used wwwthreads. One day a mystery admin came on and started deleting users left and right. i would hate to have that happen to me since i am pretty unexperienced with this software.

There's almost no relation between the perl version of wwwthreads and the latest php version of ubb.threads, as you already know: https://www.ubbdev.com/forum/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=92025
